Deal book page limits by sponsorship level:
Bronze: 2 pages / 1 page ODO
Silver: 3 pages / 2 pages ODO
Gold: 4 pages  / 3 pages ODO
Platinum: 5 pages / 3 pages ODO
Guest: 2 pages / 1 page ODO

No order forms can be included in the bound book.
